Egg and Cheese Stuffed Bazlama Bread
1. Make the Bazlama Bread: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the warm milk and olive oil and stir until a dough forms.
2. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
9. Cook the bread on the preheated griddle for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
