Parsley, 2 teaspoons, finely chopped
One teaspoon of white vinegar
Fresh or dried chives, 1 teaspoon chopped
3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
quarter of a teaspoon of onion powder
Fresh lemon juice, squeezed (or adjusted to taste)
Toss with salt and pepper.
