Add in the cut and cubed meat and the chopped onions
Brown the meat and cook just until the onions soften a little
THIRD STEP:
In a bowl, combine the milk, the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, the red wine vinegar and the Lipton onion Beef soup mix
FOURTH STEP:
Cook until it begins to simmer
Lower the heat and cook for 4 hours or until the beef tips are tender
FIFTH STEP:
When the meat is tender, add in the cooked noodles
Stir well to combine and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently
