Put the turkey breast in the crockpot.
Mix the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl using a whisk.
Pour the maple syrup mixture over the turkey breast, making sure it is completely covered.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Place a lid on the pot and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours, or until the turkey is soft and completely cooked.
After cooking, allow the turkey to sit for a few minutes before cutting it.
