- 1 large celery root, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder or other seasonings (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Brush both sides of each celery root steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill or cook in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Serve hot with a side of greens or your favorite sauce.
