2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/4 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Zest of 2 lemons
2 cups powdered sugar
Drops of yellow food coloring (optional)
directions:
1. Mix the white chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl.
2. Heat the heavy cream until it boils, then pour it over the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice and peel and mix well.
4. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the smooth mixture. Optionally, add yellow food coloring.
5. Cool for two hours, then shape into truffle-sized balls. Dust in powdered sugar. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
