Ingredients:
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter.
A pinch of salt.
3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal.
1 1/2 cups of vegan chocolate chips.
Directions:
Step 1
Line a muffin pan with liners and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, honey, and salt, stirring until smooth and well combined.
Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
Step 4
Distribute the mixture evenly into the lined muffin pan, pressing it down firmly.
Step 5
In another saucepan over low heat, melt the vegan chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
Step 6
Spoon the melted chocolate over each treat in the muffin pan, ensuring even distribution.
Refrigerate the treats to let them firm up.
